Our Personal Skills courses focus on skills proven to be of high value in the successful development, implementation and maintenance of Quality and/or Safety Systems within healthcare organisations.

The courses include both theory and practical case studies and exercises which help to ensure that learning objectives have been adequately addressed.

Following successful completion of these courses, participants should be capable of applying the skills and techniques acquired to influence and develop operational quality within their organisations.

Course presentation

These courses are offered both as in-house courses, tailored to your requirements, conducted onsite at your location and attended solely by members of your organisation, and as open-registration courses at which any organisation may book individual places as required.

A Quality System is a set of policies, processes and procedures agreed upon within a healthcare organisation to ensure the delivery of quality-oriented service.

Guidance on the implementation of an appropriate Quality System may be obtained by reference to recognised Standards, and one or more Standards may be applicable depending on the specific field in which the organisation operates.

Economic Resources Directory:


We aim to design a directory with list of various suppliers offering their raw material at most economic rates. These shall be displayed wither in form of a booklet or on our website continuously being updated. Our Premium members (paid membership) shall be able to access those directories and thus we shall be able to assist small and micro businesses to obtain most economic raw material.



Property Directory:


Directory of shops and businesses abandoned by small businesses shall be listed in our property directory. Premium Customers shall be able to explore various options along with our recommendations. We aim to put right person in right place at right time.



On Site Staff Training and Development:


One of our outsourced projects aim to hire expertise of professional coaches who would provide their onsite staff training and development short courses. Whether to full fill health and safety or customer service skills, our outsourced professionals shall be able to train you during your work.
